Door to death itself. I always knew it was a band-aid shop but for petes sake. I could not even walk i was in so much pain. So i was thinking i go here they call a ambulance to take me to a real hospital. Nope was told to walk it off. Still got billed for that 1 min in there. Tryed to stop it but nope the "quack" on clock Candi with a i still got payed.
This er sucks my dad was there monday and he is on life support now and he flatlined twice. They diagnosed him with the flu and bronchitis. They didnt give him anything for bronchitis which was strange. So he went to merrit health of batesville mississippi yesterday and they also did nothing and he went back today and he was diagnosed with pneumonia NOT BRONCHITIS!! So like i said before he flatlined twice and is fighting for his life. We will not pay that hospital bill because for one yall misdiagnosed him and for two yall left him fighting for his life!! Thanks alot sorry er docs and nurses!! Yall shouldnt even be open as an er!! DONT GO HERE!!
Just a terrible place. You wait for hours and hours for nothing.
They made a mistake in doing our physical s after they blamed my wife basicly calling her stupid for not knowing what our insurance company covered... But she did and didn't tell her ..now they want to charge us for their mistake... So Disappointed
Writing strictly about the EMERGENCY ROOM: pretty sad excuse for an ER. Outside of stabilizing someone before sending them on to a real ER, they're pretty much worthless. They are limited on their equipment. They are understaffed. I could tell you stories, true stories from people I know --- not a friend of a friend of a friend --- including my wife, where they have misdiagnosed, just sent the patient on to the Batesville ER or even sent them home when they were in dire need of medical care...including sending a suicidal patient back home because they didn't feel she was suicidal enough. My advice? Don't waste your time, which could be an hour or more just waiting for them to tell you there is nothing they can do for you. Go directly to the WRMC ER in Batesville, or Salem hospital, or Mountain Home. When it comes to my wife and myself, we've given up on this ER. We make the nearly 2 hour trip to NEA Baptist in Jonesboro. They seem to know what they're doing, they have the staff and they the equipment...and an attached hospital so no need to put you on an ambulance to a real ER.
